Please review the following important information about our online appointment request process:
 
For your convenience, you can view our office availability up to 4 weeks in advance. Please note that these appointments are for virtual telehealth counseling sessions only and we are unable to provide this service for children under the age of 13. 
 
Please click the button below to request an appointment.  Once you have submitted your request, please monitor your email, as our office will only confirm your appointment by email and will immediately send paperwork via email upon the appointment's acceptance.  Our office will only call you if we have any questions or if we are unable to accept your requested appointment.
